Join ACT NOW Friday January 22 for a lunchtime demonstration (12p-1p) in one of two locations: Fremont at the corner of Fremont Blvd and Mowry or in Pleasanton at the corner of Hopyard and Owens. RAIN OR SHINE! We will have signs or you can bring your own.
I hope everyone will join us Jan 22 for the Roe V. Wade Anniversary deonstrations...one in Fremont and one in Pleasanton.

Suggestions for site: correct calendar Sept. 9 Chapter meeting time from "all day" to 7-9 p.m. Remove longtime members Pat Finch & Dee Miner from "newest members" section. Dee is termed "moderator" but we don't have a moderator. Pat is President.

Hi! Just a NOW member from Kansas, I'm trying to get some good ideas for activities, fundraisers and newsletters - so I'm surfing around to the different chapter sites getting some ideas!

I would like to inquire if you know of any good divorce attorneys that are on a woman's side. I have been married ten years to a man who is so cheap, we do not have any joint accounts and I pay half of everything even though he makes twice as much money as I do. I do not love him and want to get out of this marriage badly-it is a toxic relationship. Any help with a referral of good divorce counsel is greatly appreciated. Also I do not have much money so is there any free counseling so I can find out what my rights are? Thank you!
